Food is the Secret to Losing Weight

I know the above statement seems at first glance to be self-evident. But there is a secret hidden in between the words. Everyone knows if you eat cake and ice cream you aren't going to lose much weight. But what most people don't know is that our Brain releases 2 types of hormones when we eat something. These 2 hormones control Fat Burning and Fat Storage. This is really important. So what you eat actually determines which hormones are released!!!
