The Skinny on Fat: You are Not Always What You Eat

I don't know if you happened to read this yet, but I was surfing the Net and came across an Article in Scientific American on Weight Loss. Click the link at the left and you can read it too. Its interesting and not too boring. Anyway, it goes on to say that there is a link between what you eat and your body. Some people can eat pretty much whatever they want and not gain weight. Others, obviously can't. But the interesting part of the article is that some people gained weight after coming off of their diet drug even though they hadn't increased their caloric intake.

There seems to be a link between serotonin and metabolism, but the article doesn't state it specifically like that. It is interesting none the less. This subject is covered in Fat Loss 4 Idiots in informing you about what to eat and when to eat it so that the bodies natural rhythms burn off more fat. Maybe someday there will be a magic pill but in the long run you are better off eating correctly and healthily.

Anyway, just thought I'd share that with you.
